Hello, For the rewrite-plugins PR (https://github.com/pytest-dev/pytest/pull/1641) the AppVeyor build seems to have timed out but has no obvious failures. Is AppVeyor always this unreliable? It means mergable PRs are marked as having issues on the summary, and if you wait long enough they will p
