i prepared pylib for a move to github
the result can be reviewed under

while preping pylib for the move i declined a few simple pull requests
that where lacking some finishing touches
without realizing that on bitbucket, a decli
I prefer to keep plugin under pytest-dev for consistency with pytest-django.

Hi Vital
at first glance there nothing stopping,
but since the plugin is framework specific,
i also wonder, if it perhaps would have a good place under the pallets org
(which has the flask ecosystem)
