The regex 0.1.20110106 package fails to install with Python 2.6, due to the use
of 2.7 string formatting syntax in setup.py:
print("Copying {} to {}".format(unicodedata_db_h, SRC_DIR))
This line should be changed to:
print("Copying {0} to {1}".format(unicodedata_db_h, SRC_DIR))
