[issue43194] Add JFXX as jpeg marker in imghdr module

New submission from JiKwon Kim : Currently imghdr module only finds "JFIF" or "Exif" in specific position. However there's some jpeg images with "JFXX" marker. I had some image with this marker and imghdr.what() returned None. Refer to: https://www.ecma-international.org/wp-content/uploads/EC
