Here is a testcase to reproduce the issue:

This prints just a single instance of '/foo/bar':

But if there is a machine which already has Python. If we remove python
manually and try the script .
The python folder is created.
I can see python in start- all programs.
But PYTHON its missing from control panel. It does not allow me to uninstall
