E G added the comment: Oops: this is not a bug. The isupper() method tests ALL chars. Only the first char in the examples was a capital. All of the logic/tests succeed. Sorry for the error. Thanks to Serhiy S. for swift attention on this. -- resolution: -> not a bug title:
