The two AIX 3.x buildbot workers are back to green. I reenabled email
notifications for AIX.
But if a worker breaks again and nobody is able to fix the issue fast
enough, I will disable notifications again.

IIUC, it's a matter of the buildbot infrastructure team obtaining the funds
and upgrading the disk space for the buildbot server rather than something
that can be fixed by anyone.
