I'm waiting on the cron job to trigger to double-check everything worked
out for pushing to docs.python.org/devguide, but until then the new repo
for the devguide is https://github.com/python/devguide !
I will migrate the issues from bugs.python.org shortly and then remove the
component so people
I'm going to try to migrate it to GitHub today.
