e ballots are emailed from Helios ( no-re...@mail.heliosvoting.org), and are sometimes (often?) marked as spam. I use Helios every couple of months for a variety of election-like things (so I get my share of ballots), and the SC vote still ended up in my spam folder. Please check your spam folder. --
