I downloaded https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.4.4/Python-3.4.4.tgz.
After reading Python-3.4.4\PCbuild\readme.txt I opened pcbuild.sln and
selected release/winn32 then tried a build all (F7). But that give lots of
errors and missing .h files (mostly sqlite3.h).

3.4 uses visual studio 2010, for starters. 3.5 uses 2015.
It also looks like you have a lot of missing dependencies.
