It looks like the 3.9.11 commit was done 14 hours ago: https://github.com/python/cpython/commit/0f0c55c9f0f4c358d759470702821c471fcd1bc8 It hasn't been tagged and uploaded to the website yet. I'm not involved in the release process, but I'd imagine that it will show up on the website soon.
