Thanks Victor. I noticed you write "For Python 3.7, the minimum is VS 2017 Community, minimum installer options:" but then in the table the version listed is 2015 or 2017, so the minimum then probably is 2015? Maybe it should be mentioned on this page (or a separate one) that those versions
