Indeed.  I spent some time a few months back updating a couple sections
of that howto.  Perhaps the better thing to do would be to update it
instead of deleting it (although I admit I haven't read through the
whole thingan issue was submitted for a particular section and I
updated that section and the other one talking about the same topic
(sorry I don't remember which one off the top of my head)).
