Hello packagers, here is the list of packages that still need a Python 3.12 rebuild for Fedora 39+. Packages on this list have broken dependencies and hence the users of Fedora Linux 39+ cannot install them at all. Moreover, users of Fedora Linux 37 or 38 with the listed packages installed are
