we are about to start rebuilding in Koji for Python 3.9 this or next week.
In Copr, we built NumPy 1.19 rc1 from dist git and it causes some friction. I
wonder whether you'd be OK to revert the commits and wait until the rebuilt is
done? The new version was not built in rawhide yet
