Installed Python 3.6.3 Amd64 in Windows 10 OS.
Want to install Tensor flow using native pip as suggested...
C:\> *pip3 install --upgrade tensorflow*
But, observed that pip3 file in Scripts folder is missing. Also, Scripts folder
is empty.
