I know this problem's solution because I solve in my computer.
First of all, you can delete the project files. After that download python on
official website and last version. after this step restart pycharm and create
new project...

I am a first time PyCharm user. I have Python 3 and Anaconda installed. They
work together on Sublime Text, but not on Pycharm.
Pycharm tells me it cannot find modules numpy, matplotlib, etc.
What should I do? I tried to set the interpreter environment, and a few other
