I looked at plastex the other day and found: * there is a new python3-compatible upstream release 2.0 https://github.com/tiarno/plastex/commit/ac3b2c6090e7871f0f966339f6d65b499ad0afaf * the new upstream release is not compatible with Python 3.7 or later, there is some work towards this in https://github.com/tiarno/plastex/issues/109 and https://github.com/tiarno/plastex/pull/118 I have (sort-of-tested) packaging for 2.0.0-1 carrying the relevant patches from PR#118 and will upload something soonish (or at least push that work to salsa).
