This is caused by a regression in subversion, which means it is no longer possible to pass a nonexistant path to svn_fs_is_dir() or svn_fs_is_file(). Doing so causes a segfault. I'll remove these tests for, so the package will build again. The docstring for these functions doesn't technically say
