I have finally managed to open the tar.gz file (in windows with 7zip),
and I have packaged the contents in a zip file, that I have uploaded
to the wiki:

I have just solved a problem with the password recovery system in the
wiki. The php sendmail didn't work, so I have installed the plugin
'swiftmail', that should do.
I have made some tests and everything seems to work fine.
