PythonCE supports execvp, but when I try:
os.execvp('\\Windows\\iexplore.exe',('',))
I get the following traceback error from binaries\os.py:
"cannot import name ENOTDIR"
maybe this can be worked around?

I don't think system exists on windows CE.
Hmm, even the 4.20 .NET reference doesn't show _exec or _spawn
