[PythonCE] How do you stop your application?

This question is for those that don't have a GUI on his application. On mine one, the only way to stop the application is going to 'Running tasks' and press over "Python CE" and then "Stop". It stop the application but I don't know how to handle it. Does anybody know how to handle this "stop" on
