[PythonCE] Cross-development IDE for PythonCE on desktop Windows?

Hello, now that wxPython will be available soon for WindowsCE... :-) Is there such a thing as a cross-development IDE for developing PythonCE applications on a desktop Windows PC? Preferably not in the multi-k$/EUR range... TIA, Best regards, Wolfgang Keller
