As I write yesterday, I download PythonCE source here:

And yesterday, I tried to compile them :=) It seems that everything is there.
But I had some problems. I tried with the project pythoncore.
First, in evc/timemodule.c, there are the

just follow the instructions
Additionally, i needed to modify SDKROOT in wcearm.bat to point to
c:\Program Files\Windows CE Tools, which seems to be the default install
for evc4
