WingIDE is a good tabbed editor, and its debugger is really first-

Personally I prefer BBEdit as my editor but the thing I'm looking for is a
debugger. I played around a little bit with Komodo but are there any other
alternatives?

I use pyOxide and find it quite useful althougt it is not perfect
Try Smultron, it is very cool text editor, i use it for java and ruby
but not for python. http://smultron.sourceforge.net

Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best IDE
for Python on OS X. I've been informed that PythonIDE
has ceased development and that the cold is pretty
old.
I don't want too many bells and whistles, something
pretty lite, but a module browser etc., would be
pretty useful.
