Re: TESTLINK CASE
Hi Daniel, In my understanding, the first case 1161 its primary target is on table undo/redo action, in the second case 1162 its target is on table style change which should not be changed if modify tale option. In general, we may use same steps to create a similar test object, but the test purpose may difference. Re: A Call for QA Volunteers
Hi all, Welcome to AOO community. We have QA tasks[1] need volunteers. Before start working, please read orientation material at [2]. [1] http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/QA/QA_Tasks [2] http://incubator.apache.org/openofficeorg/orientation/intro-qa.html 2012/11/21 Stavros Mekesis smeke...@csd.auth.gr Hello! After having read your blog post regarding the call for QA volunteers, I'd like to help with OpenOffice QA. My name is Stavros Mekesis and I'm an undergraduate student of Computer Science at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. I'm not familiar with open source development at Apache but I'm enthusiastic about volunteering with the QA effort. First off, I have familiarity and experience with OpenOffice and Linux as a user (4 years). Moreover, I have access to Windows and Linux machines for testing. All in all, I want to give back to the open source community in a good way. Therefore, I'll pay attention to detail and make sure everything is going well. An early reply would be appreciated. Regards, Stavros. -- Thanks Best Regards, Yan Ji
Re: New QA Volunteer
Hi Annapoornima, Welcome to Apache OpenOffice community, we appreciate your contribution on QA. Here is orientation[1] you may interested in. Please subscribe qa mailing list. [1] http://incubator.apache.org/openofficeorg/orientation/intro-qa.html 2012/11/20 Annapoornima Koppad a.kop...@gmail.com Hello Everybody, I am writing to volunteer for open office Apache. Couple of things, I love to develop new products, write about trends in technology, and I also identify myself with open source hardware and software groups in India. Heres a link to my linkedin profile: http://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=11777415trk=tab_pro. Even though I have little bit of coding skills, I am not very confident about them. So I kind of want to brush my coding skills as well. So I want to start with QA. Look forward to an engaging commitment with open source group here. Warm regards, Annapoornima -- Thanks Best Regards, Yan Ji
