taskotron.stg is not currently working

After upgrading Taskotron staging earlier today, the trigger stopped working. Martin and I have been trying to fix it but we're out of ideas as to why trigger isn't working and the apps folks don't see anything wrong with the config, either. We're aware of the problem and I'm planning to pester Ra
