Yes, that's the only thing that's done in qmake's designer_defines.prf.
Not sure whether a dedicated property for designer plugins is justified.

to the Qbs quick reference page in the same section as CONFIG+=console

I would like to compile a designer plugin with qbs.
Is that possible?
If yes wake are the qmake equivalent to CONFIG+= plugin designer.
