Use qdev insfrastructure for managing PXA PCMCIA devices. PCMCIA bus
itself isn't converted to QBus (yet). pxa2xx_pcmcia_init() function is
moved to pcmcia.h as it will be used by other cores/devices (like
StrongARM).
