From: Philippe Mathieu-Daudé <phi...@redhat.com>

To ease the MMIO device addition in the next patch, rename:
- ISA_PVPANIC_DEVICE -> PVPANIC (this just returns a generic Object),
- ISADevice parent_obj -> isadev,
- MemoryRegion io -> mr.
