I'm trying to reimplement xtensa CCOUNT (cycle counter) and
CCOMPARE (CCOUNT-based timer interrupts) using QEMU
timers. That is CCOUNT value is derived from the
QEMU_CLOCK_VIRTUAL clock and CCOMPARE interrupts are
generated from the QEMU_CLOCK_VIRTUAL timer callbacks.
