Hey nickmaelao, your outputs show you've only changed the ownership of
the USB bus and not the USB device itself...I'd suspect if you looked at
'ls -la /dev/bus/usb/001/' then the actual USB device will still have
root ownership. Ergo if libvirtd is still creating the vm's with qemu
and a non-root

What does the libvirtd log say for the guest...typically at

Markus i.e. TPM Admin correctly see's the TPM chip installed and allows
me to Initialise and generally manage it which is as per expectations
but obviously different to what Windows 10 shows.

So I used the Windows Media Creation tool to generate a more recent ISO
which resulted in a date stamp of July-16. Using this Win10Pro image my
TPM is now recognised by the TPM Administrator, I re-tested my older ISO
in the same guest and this still had the problem so conclusive enough
