[Qemu-devel] [Bug 1461918] Re: guest hangs after use ethtool to set scatter-gather on
[Expired for QEMU because there has been no activity for 60 days.] ** Changed in: qemu Status: Incomplete => Expired -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of qemu- devel-ml, which is subscribed to QEMU. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1461918 Title: guest hangs after use ethtool to set scatter-gather on Status in QEMU: Expired Bug description: On the guests, i have a rtl8139 nic, I use ethtool to set scatter-gather on ( ethtool -K eth0 sg on ), after that, at host side, I use scp to send a file into guest. As a result, guest hang. At that point qemu is using 100% of one host CPU, about 100% guest. If guest is centOS6.5, with no problem. Triaging old bug tickets... can you still reproduce this issue with the latest version of QEMU and Fedora? Or could we close this ticket nowadays? ** Changed in: qemu Status: New => Incomplete ** Changed in: qemu Assignee: kifast (kifast) => (unassigned) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of qemu- devel-ml, which is subscribed to QEMU. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1461918 Title: guest hangs after use ethtool to set scatter-gather on Status in QEMU: Incomplete Bug description: On the guests, i have a rtl8139 nic, I use ethtool to set scatter-gather on ( ethtool -K eth0 sg on ), after that, at host side, I use scp to send a file into guest.
