You can generate a certificate for your company..

After you login, go to
https://changelog.qgis.org/en/qgis/certifyingorganisation/list/ and on your
organization row.. to the right there's the print certificate button..

I'm not sure I understand the question, are you thinking there should be
certificates issued to the instructor(s)? I don't understand why the
instructor would get a certificate for teaching a course. Can you explain
the reasoning? You already have the status as a QGIS certified
