Hi all.
Very interesting suggestions about map colouring:

A plugin doing the same (taking colours from great painters works and applying

to maps) would be great (and not difficult to write, I guess): any

Hi,
we discussed the hackfest on the PSC list and we decided to take the Linux
Hotel opportunity in Essen, Germany while it is available this autumn.
Pēteris, your proposal looks good and we hope for your hospitality for the
first QGIS meeting of next year again.
Kind Regards

I agree it is a bit worrying. It would be nice to see them done so we
can cut 1.8 loose
and move on with the clean up for 2.0.
If you think a bit of publicity is what is needed I'm happy to write a
quick blog
post, throw something up on twitter, facebook and Google+.

As we all know, the plugin approval process is still somewhat slow,
and this plugin is under development (not even 'experimental' yet).
Could we streamline this process by adding a flag 'development'
(similar to experimental) which makes is available to those who allow

I recently built the master branch with the API docs using Doxygen 1.8.0,
which has a very nice auto-completion javascript search function [0].
Current Doxygen version at API site is 1.5.6.
Is upgrading API site to newer version reasonably easy?

Hi,
A ticket is open (#5544), this problem can be reproduced on Windows XP,
Windows 7 and Fedora 17 with qgis-dev from OSGeo4W and git master.
As it is making difficult to package qgis or use it on a USB device,
should I set the affected version to 1.8 and/or raise its priority status ?
