Hi all.
Plugin migration towards the new repo is slowly proceeding. Does anybody
have a clever way of knowing which are not yet migrated from the various
repos? If we have a list, it will be far easier to decide how to proceed.

Hi Pēteris,
we talked about the next hackfest venue (spring 2013) and would now like
to come back to your offer for the next QGIS meeting in Valmiera. Are you
still interested?
If so, we could start to plan the date and organize the meeting.

Hi all.
This HF is over - only three Italians stranded in Essen, waiting for
their flights back.
I personally want to deeply thank Horst, Otto, and all those who helped
organize this very successful event. The location is simply ideal, no
waste of time, maximum concentration on coding and

I've implemented a voting system on plugins (1-5 stars), this is open
to anonymous users (they shouldn't be able to vote more than once in
the same browser session), the voting system can now be used to weight
the downloads count and create a more meaningful popularity index.

Is there any rules about usage of this version, e.g. when it should be
used?
Thanks

Hi,
with the new voting system we have the opportunity to sort the plugins
by popularity, we just need to decide the formula (SQL) to do the
math, this is what we have in each plugin record and can be used for
the SQL math:
* rating_score (sum of all scores)
* rating_votes (number of votes)
