Hi !
Here are some thoughs about the SVG symbols library.
Currently, some of the pictograms come with a blue frame, some with a black
frame, some with a colourised frame and some with no frame at all.
There's some redundancy between the symbols (for instance the "airport"
symbol, which exists sev
In the 1.x console API, you could use:
output = sys.stdout.get_and_clean_data()
to grab what was sent to stdout via print statements.
Is there an equivalent way to do this with the 2.0 API? I'm not seeing it...
Thanks,

Hi all.
During a course, I found several minor issues using an oldish
(298f0c0) qgis-dev:
* zooming from the bookmark definition popup does not work (double
click does)
* the layer properties window is too wide for 1024 px screens; it can
be resized,

What's described below is cool, would work out just fine : ) having this
alongside groups would work perfectly, probably even better than hack-ish
status of the past.

Hello
installing qgis-web-client in Ubuntu 12.04 is causing a problem with
QGISextension.js (attached).
obj.push(attribute);
Hello Martin,
Thanks for your answer. You are right, I was not doing it correctly in the
first place.
For 1.8 it "worked" cause I was able to swap each QgsField for a QVariant,
in 1.9 with the QgsFields that is not possible anymore.
So I have changed it for:

Hi,
+1 with Radim. Such hacks do produce inconsistencies and bugs not compatible
with collaborative coding. IMHO, we need clean coding in QGIS.
A feature already asked I remember could solve both issues. Some of us asked
that for layers having single symbol style, symbol in legend should be drawn
+1 for right-click actions. Also it would be useful if plugins could add
actions to the right-click menu.

Hi,
+1 with Mathieu, actual action button needs to first choose an active layer
and then to choose which action to execute on click.
Using right click might be intersting since it could be always available,
whatever the tool selected.
Another possibility is Mapinfo 's behaviour that we copied i
IMO, using empty layer title to achieve grouping of items from
multiple layers into a single layer (group) is just a workaround. If
it was working for some reason in previous versions (probably because
there was no difference between layer and item spacing) it does not

Hi Alexander,
I dn't see my actions in the shortcuts List.
Nice ways to get it done but not the most intuitive way for the basic users
that open qgis in my admininstration.
Why do the left and right click perform the same thing?
Wouldn't be nice to get the rig

Hello List,
I think that actions in QGIS are really powerful but not very accessible.
The access through the attribute popup is not very intuitive as actions
don't really deal with attributes. Furthermore, to reach actions, two
clicks are necessary
