has anyone had problems with QGIS 2.4 on Windows? Sometimes and
randomly, during editing a shapefile (.SHP), it freezes for 10-20
seconds and then it restarts...

With the 6th QEP opened for discussion, it would be about time to finish QEP 1
first?
As I understand the proposed process [1], Nathan should ask on this list for
voting to adopt QEP 1.
