So I have been thinking about the QEP process, because yes the current
process is not good and way to slow for how we work. To streamline I have

"WKTBulkLoader", that loads .wkt file as QGIS layers.

Just a note on WKT loading: if you load from CSV, you can also include
WKT geometry. Is there really a need for such plugins? What does the
plugin do that the CSV loader can't?
