I am looking for a way to let a user choose in a model between different,
alternative algorithms (or other models). An example would be a simple
model which reprojects a vector layer either to WGS84 or NAD27 based on a
boolean input field.
I know I can use runscript in a custom processing scripts
Hi Frank,
yes I also still have this issue.
Thanks for the bug report, hoping this can be fixed.
Thanks
Matteo

Responding to myself.
It turns out it is possible to use renderer.writeXML to access altitude and
azimuth values:
#r = rasterlayer.renderer()
import PyQt4.QtXml as qx
doc = qx.QDomDocument()
lElement=doc.createElement('rasterlayer') #some required parent tag
r.writeXML(doc, lElement)
They should be there:

I cannot figure how I can access the .altitude() and .azimuth() functions
of the QgsHillshadeRenderer implementing the QgsRasterRenderer of
a QgsRasterLayer.
I can get the QgsRasterRenderer via the .renderer() function of the
QgsRasterLayer and it return the correct 'hillshade' type via .type()

Hi Matteo,
I'm still getting this problem so have filed a bug report:

Sorry, another Processing inputs question: I need inputs to capture a value
to be associated with each field of the vector layer which is selected as
the other input. Is this possible, and if so, how?

I have two inputs to a processing algorithm, one layer, one string. Is it
possible to set the default value of the string input to the value of a
given custom property of the layer selected for the other input?
Thanks
Tom
