How can I stop extent modification when I resize qgis windows? I mean, I
focus on a given zoom (map extent) with qgis maximized and for some reason I
need to restore window and reduce size to see any other application back.
But Qgis modifies the view so I lost perspective. I don't care

I'm testing Tim Suttom's code tutorials. Those one using cmakelists work
fine, but timtut6 is configured with QT .PRO and launches me an error like
this:
QT shows a runtime error dialog saying This application has requested the
runtime to terminate in an unusual way
