[Qgis-developer] do not recognize the package qgis in PyCharm IDE

Hi, in the present I have configure the setting in PyCharm , and recognize well the PyQt package and I make some simple plugin for qgis , however the qgis package do not recognize. What path and variable I have to change for resolve this problem? Francisco Salas Martin ___
