the same on Windows/osgeo4w. And on Windows 2.3.1 is also broken on
2.18.7 that is far worst now (but 2.1.2
The SAGA LTR is 2.3.*
I have fix some issues with this version, about gdal_io and
flow_accumulation, to use it on ubuntu.

On sourceforge [0] I now see that SAGA version 4 (?!?) is already
available. As I remember Processing will support the LTR versio
