While a normal installation of Qt Designer with QGIS 3.16.3 custom widgets
in OSGeo4W works well, Qt Designer with QGIS 3.17.0 custom widgets

i can't get custom widgets in QtDesigner, i get this message,
Cannot load library
C:\OSGEO4~2\apps\qgis-dev\qtplugins\designer\qgis_customwidgets.dll:
cannot find the module
I use QGIS 3.16 and 3.17 on win7 64bit system
can someone help me
