For 3.10 and 3.12, it will follow on the next point release.

Hi devs,
Looks like the pyqgis doc did not build for quite some times.
When you go to https://qgis.org/pyqgis/master, the last update time is
today but there are some changes that I'd expect to see there and they are
not:
