just tested with different datasets and seems this is not Raster transparency
plugin issue. I also can't add transparency for some datasets even using QGIS
Transparency tab.
Also there is another problem. If raster has float data type plugin

I have a dtm, format adf, ranging from -3 to 2012. If I move the sliders (a
very slow
operation), I do not get the transparent areas I intended.
On another one (tiff, 0 to 662), everything ok.
Anyone confirms?
