JFYI MS-Windows is broken by design. It uses three(!) different ways how to encode non-latin letters - OEM, ANSI and Unicode at same time. To make things worse - it's hard to tell them apart unless You (developer) know where string comes from. Generally problems arise if QGIS is using anything tha

Hi, I run crssync manually and I found that crssync tried to update srs.db in wrong path. So for my testing, I created folder and put the srs.db there and re-run the crssync. Finally I got the updated srs.db successfully. Wow! I think it's not the problem or bug of crssync but the problem of

Dear all, OSGeo Korean chapter carried out a 5 day open source GIS training program including 1.5 day QGIS training several days ago. During training, I found several errors & like follows. 1. Plugin installation failure occurred when user account name is in Korean. With Korean user account
