Hi Jurgen,

I updated qgis-dev with osgeo4w and now when launching it with a
profile with a username like joão, it returns


An error occured during execution of following code:
sys.path = 
[C:/OSGeo4W/apps/qgis-dev/./python,os.path.expanduser(~/.qgis2/python).decode('utf-8'),os.path.expanduser(~/.qgis2/python).decode('utf-8')
+ /plugins,C:/OSGeo4W/apps/qgis-dev/./python/plugins] + sys.path

Couldn't load PyQGIS.
Python support will be disabled.
