I had good feedback from KDAB regarding QtWebEngine/Qt3D with the
recommendation to just copy or subclass Qt3DWindow to disable the offending
call that overwrites the default.

These are the things I can edit in the admin panel. I suspect you want to
change the 'created by' field? Please indicate the osgeo id of the person
it should be changed to.

My cursor displays as bullseye until I left click on the mouse. I called
iface.actionPan().trigger()
but it is only working when I initiate a left click.

Oddly if I left click on the mouse the pan cursor comes back. Seems like a
refresh issue, but I refreshed the map an that did not work. Oddly I also only
have this issue if drawing a polygon. If I draw a point of line, no issue.
