The current plugin voting seems a bit odd: On the overview page, e.g.
http://plugins.qgis.org/plugins/most_voted/, the highest possible vote
seems to be four stars.
On the actual plugin pages, it seems to be possible to give up to five
stars.
My impression so far is that the

For example, if you sort by Stars (votes), Sextante shows up in the middle of
